The company is equipped with key production and testing facilities, including electromagnetic switch assembly lines, new‑energy high‑voltage contactor assembly lines, rotary transformer assembly lines, fully automatic winding machines, CNC spot‑welding machines, cold‑extrusion hydraulic presses, fully automatic hot‑riveting machines, spring geometric‑tolerance testers, hydraulic universal testing machines, German Spector material analyzers, automated spring leak‑detection and oil‑coating machines, three‑coordinate measuring machines, high‑ and low‑temperature vibration test rigs, Brinell optical hardness testers, electromagnetic switch performance test benches, metallographic analyzers, salt‑spray chambers, electromagnetic switch fatigue testing machines, vacuum furnaces, tunnel hydrogen furnaces, ammonia mass‑spectrometry leak detectors, laser welding machines, exhaust‑gas test stands, hydrogen leak detectors, finished‑product aging test benches, comprehensive contactor test rigs, and new‑energy high‑voltage contactor electrical‑life testing machines, among other equipment.
